The Grant Schoen Beginners Tournament

This event is for new and beginning K-8th grade wrestlers with limited to no tournament
experience. The goal is to provide a positive beginner wrestling experience for every wrestler,
in a learning environment. Matches will be determined by age and weight.

Entry Fee: $14 per wrestler

Must show USA Card OR turn in Release Form at check-in

Singlets not required ? no loose-fitting shirts or shorts with pockets
No Weigh-Ins, honor system PLEASE USE ACCURATE WEIGHTS
we reserve the right to check weights, wrestlers can be disqualified
4 -man round robin style - 3 matches/wrestler anticipated
3 periods, 1 minute each, regular match rules will be modified no head throws / if pin occurs, continue to next period
