ELIGIBILTY TO PARTICIAPTE
Any competitor that has a valid 2026-27 USA wrestling competitor card from any state.

REGISTRATION CUT-OFF/LIMITS
Deadline to register is Thursday October 8, 2026 @ 11:59 pm Central Standard Time
After the above deadline then there will be late registration at the late fee
Limited to 500 wrestlers PER DAY
ALL UNPAID AND INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DELETED FROM THE TOURNAMENT----NO REFUNDS will be issued
WE ARE ACCEPTING WALK-UPS REGISTRATION if 500 PER DAY is not reached in pre-registration

YOU MUST MAKE SCRATCH WEIGHT---NO ALLOWANCES ARE GIVEN
Wrestlers will be bracketed according to their ACTUAL WEIGHT @ the scales--we will automatically bump them up or down--NO CHARGE
Also once you weigh-in @ a Satellite location you are in the tournament
THERE IS NO CHECK IN on Saturday or Sunday---be ready to wrestle at your time slot

Daily Admission is $ 20 for Adults per day
$10 for Coaches per day--CASH ONLY PLEASE!!
$ 12 for Students per day-(ages 6-13)
Kids under 5 are free
COACHES Bands WILL BE SOLD @ Wintrust Sports Complex on SATURDAY-SUNDAY at the FRONT ENTRANCE---CASH ONLY PLEASE
