***8 MAN BRACKETS WHEN AVAIALBLE OTHERWISE 4 MAN ROUND ROBIN
***THE GOAL IS TO GET WRESTLERS 3 MATCHES even in the 8 man brackets
**Match lengths will be 1-1-1. ILLINOIS RESIDENTS AND OUT OF STATE WRESTLERS WELCOME
