BLOCKED WEIGHTS
8 man bracket (when possible) with wb to 8th place which means all wrestlers will get (3) matches and their last match will be versus an opponent with the same record to that last match should be evenly paired

ROOKIE WRESTLERS are wrestlers who have a USA card number which begins with the # 25 or 26-- If your card does not begin with this number you are not eligible for ROOKIE and if you registered in track you will be removed and NOT refunded or moved to the ELITE division
Again all TOTS are considered just TOTS (REGARDLESS OF THEIR USA CARD #)
