PLEASE NOTE - We will be cutting off pre-registration at 640 (+60 spots for O'Fallon)

REGISTRATION CUT-OFF/LIMITS 
Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 @ 11:59 pm Central Standard Time 
Registration will close early if the limit is reached before the deadline
ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-UP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 
Limited to first 700 wrestlers
ALL UNPAID AND INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DELETED FROM THE TOURNAMENT

WEIGH-IN LOCATIONS
Wrestlers that do not weigh-in on Friday will be deleted from the tournament without a refund
weigh-ins are ONLY for pre-registered/pre-paid wrestlers.
Wrestlers will be bracketed according to their ACTUAL WEIGHT at the scales--we will automatically bump them up-NO CHARGE
Also once you weigh-in at an approved location, you are in the tournament--THERE IS NO CHECK IN on Saturday

COACHES BANDS
You MUST have a 2024-2025 USA Wrestling Coaches Card to have access the floor/competition area. 
You DO need a Copper, Bronze, Silver or Gold Level NCEP certification to coach at this tournament.
Coaches Bands will be given out at weigh-ins in O'Fallon or the morning of the tournament
Not available at remote weigh-in locations
