WEIGH INS: 1 lb allowance for all divisions. Must comply with the mouth piece, head gear, singlet and clean shaven rule. Must have a current USAW Membership.

Payment must be made by the close of registration or your name will be withdrawn. You may walk in and register for $40 at Ocean Lakes HS. 6-7:00pm. Out of town families are encouraged to stay at our selected hotels. Hotel info and Satellite Sites are listed on Web site at: www.vbnationals.com.

USAW Coaches pass does not gain free entry. You get a matside coaching band with a current card. (Must wear singlet or shorts). All weigh ins are at the Ocean Lakes HS or at selected Satelite sites.

All Middle School and High School wrestlers will start at 2pm

We will also have an 11:30am weigh in Sunday for anyone who can not make other weigh in sites.
