Good Day on Gods Day while the Lord gives us the blessing to keep us all healthy with one of the best nutritions from ADVOCARE! As I have been using Arginine Extreme, Sparks, AdvoCare® Muscle Fuel, Fruit Punch, Catalyst, and Whey protein. Now with out all this I would not have succeeded in the level that I am in right now. But in reality the Lord gives me strength while I do all the pushing, grinding, motivation, discipline myself. Well with that, I am here to assist you as a certified Personal Trainer in National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM)to be ADVOCARE CHAMPION!

The boy was nicknamed Pnut at birth.

Born prematurely and weighing just 2 pounds, 8 ounces, Pnut¿s (pronounced pee-nut) grandmother gave him the nickname because of that not-so-scale-tipping weight.

Today, Pnut, or Roger Stewart-Frederick, stands at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs in at a rock-solid 123 pounds.

Stewart-Frederick, 29, trains at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., and has high aspirations for his budding wrestling career.

Stewart-Frederick is also deaf.

Stewart-Frederick was unable to speak until the age of five, and his deafness was diagnosed at age seven. With his parents being in the military, he has lived all over the world and is fluent in French, German and Australian, all in sign language, to go along with his ever-improving spoken English and his first language, American Sign Language.
Stewart-Frederick started wrestling during his sophomore year of high school in Arlington, Va., after being cut from the football team. His career has erupted from there.

He wrestled for and graduated from Old Dominion University, and since then he has been training for his Olympic dream: ¿To be the first 'American Deaf Grappler¿ to bring home a medal in both the Deaf Olympics and Olympics.¿

His quest for the Olympic dream began with the 2000 Central Regional Olympic Team Trials in Tulsa, Okla., where he placed fifth. In 2004, he tried again, placing sixth at the Northeast Regional Olympic Trials in Brockport, N.Y.

In 2005, Stewart-Frederick heard about the Deaf Olympic Team Trials, and he won the Greco-Roman division and placed second in the Freestyle, qualifying for the Deaf Olympic Games in Australia. His first major international competition, he ended up placing sixth in Greco.

Stewart-Frederick hopes to wrestle on the 2008 Olympic team, the 2009 Deaf Olympic team, the 2012 Olympic team and the 2013 Deaf Olympic team before calling it quits.
