| Jean has helped run multiple tournaments for us and has done an outstanding job each time! We have ran an elementary super dual, 2 open tournaments with over 400 kids, and a middle school tournament with over 400 kids. Each time she has been great. Her knowledge of Track Wrestling and running tournaments is as good as anyone I have worked with. She is efficient, organized, patient and one of the easiest people to work with at these types of tournaments. She makes it so easy for the coaches to coach and the director to direct. She is great!! |

| I have worked with Jean at many USA Tournaments. Nationals and Regionals. She treats everybody fairly and with respect. When issues come up, she handles them calmly and professionally. She is very knowledgeable on Straight Line and Vertical Pairing. And how to run Duals. She is a true asset to any tournament. |

| Jean has used her knowledge of TrackWrestling to help streamline our 500+ participant club tournament. She was able to set up the registration, pair the tourney and set up brackets. Her familiarity of it is so great she was able to talk me through a few of the preliminary steps without being logged onto the site.
Jean also was able to shift gears from a folkstyle rule individual tournament to a freestyle dual competition a few months later. She easily worked her way through the program to set up the scoring, bout lengths and to use computer monitors as scoreboard displays.

| For the past five years, I have had the distinct pleasure in working with Jean, and hiring her as the Tournament Director, operating track wrestling software for an average of five tournaments per year.
Jean has been a huge asset in the success of these tournaments. Jean has set up team contacts and e-mailers, attended seeding meetings and loaded criteria. In addition jean has trained staff that has not operated the track wrestling software before and has a one hundred percent success rate with all scorers. All tournaments? with Jean have been very successful and again, highly recommend her as an expert, when operating track wrestling.
