| Pat is very good training new people. She sat with me as many times as I asked her and would explain things over for me. She is very patient, speaks calmly, and makes sure we we know that she is there for us any time we have a question.
I enjoy working with Pat all the time.
Even when we are at state level events she is always available if we need her.

| I have learned so much about wrestling, track wrestling, pairing, conflict resolution, and behind the scenes tournament success from Pat, I don`t even know where to begin.
Pat is an excellent teacher / trainer. I have never known her to be impatient, quite to the contrary, she will let new people try to figure things out on their own ( if they would like ) so that they understand how the process really works, while standing by ready for patient explanation and tutelage (I have seen her run multiple tournaments online and field questions from other tournament directors while sitting beside me in case I might have a problem with the tournament I am running). She has also developed a thorough guidebook for manual pairing, ISWA trackwrestling pairing, and IHSAA trackwrestling pairing. The confidence I have in my ability to run a tournament as a head pairer can be directly attributed to Pat`s knowledge of the trackwrestling system, her personal training, her availability for questions at all hours of the day and night, and her guidebook for reference.
Her dedication and commitment to the sport of wrestling are truly inspirational. |

| Pat Culp is excellent. We couldn`t have run our tournament without her assistant and her knowledge of the product has helped us help others run their tournaments. I highly recommend her services. |

| Pat has been a blessing New Haven High School and to all the athletes and coaches that have come through our tournaments over the past 3 years. Pat always puts the needs of the athletes first in setting the programs to operate at top efficiency. Pat has been a gold mine for New Haven High School tournaments and for our IHSAA sectional! |
