You must bring a front and back copy of wrestler's medical insurance card AND birth certificate BY THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE.

Wrestler's registration fee includes: USAW Card; SNWA Membership Fee; Singlet; T-Shirt; Shorts; and Room Fee.
