REGISTRATION CUT-OFF/LIMITS
Deadline to register is Thursday December 14, 2017 @ 11:59 pm Central Standard Time
LIMITED TO first 375 wrestlers!!! If we hit 375 wrestlers in pre-registration then there will be NO walk ups
After the above deadline then there will be late registration at the late fee
Then we will be accepting walk-up registration on at the Loebe Center weigh-ins on Saturday morning and at the wrestling location site (Shepard H.S. on Sunday morning)
Teams can register and pay on-line OR just register on line and pay with a club check on the day of the event
SEEDING
Seeding Information is to be entered when pre-registering OR @ walk-ups (if AVAILABLE)
NO SEEDING CRITERIA WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER WEIGH INS ON SATURDAY--UNLESS YOU ARE A SUNDAY WALK-UP
AWARDS
We will be awarding custom medal to the Top 4 in each bracket
Along with a hand written custom bracket board

SATELLITE WEIGH-INS
Satellite weigh-ins are ONLY for pre-registered wrestlers.
There are NO WALK-UP registrations at satellite weigh-in locations (unless prior approval by the tournament director)

COACHES PASS
You MUST have a 2017-2018 USA Wrestling Coaches Card to have access the floor/competition area.
You DO need a Copper-Bronze-Silver-Gold Level Card certification to coach at this tournament. (NEW USA RULE)
SPECTATOR TICKETS
Daily Admission is $5 for Adults & Coaches Bands (w proper credentials)-$3 for Students-Kids under 5 are free
