Technique/Training campThis commuter camp is intended for the wrestler who desires to and want to be trained by wrestlers and coaches from the nations top NCAA Div. 1 programs. This camp will also be used as preparation for regional and national competitions. The wrestlers will be learning basic through ad-vanced skills and techniques and applying those to live drilling and wrestling. The last part of each session will include live wrestling. All Wrestlers will get a camp t-shirt.
