ALL WRESTLERS must bring a front and back copy of wrestler's medical insurance card AND birth certificate BY THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE.

Wrestler's registration fee includes: SNWA Membership Fee; T-Shirt; Shorts; and Room Fee.
