Brackets must be checked by 8:30am for any errors.

Payment must be made by Friday Afternoon at noon or you will be withdrawn. You may walk in and register for $50 at the Arthur Ashe Center only, not at any Satelite sites. Satellite Sites are listed on the web site.

COACHES must present a 2018 USAW Coaches Card to get a floor pass to coach mat side. REMINDER: Online background checks are required every 2 years and a completed background check is required BEFORE you can purchase a current USAW Coach Card. Background checks may take UP TO 2 WEEKS to process, so do NOT delay. If a current USAW Coach Card cannot be presented at the door, you will have to pay a $25 event matside fee to coach in addition to the $10 admission fee.

Coaching matside is a free privilege for our registered coaches.
