The quick registration login allows a person to associate themself with multiple wrestlers and then when registering wrestlers for a Trackwrestling event they can just select the wrestlers they want to register. This is a little extra work up front, but if you will be registering the same wrestlers for multiple events in the future, then it is probably worth the extra up front work. Below is information to help you set yourself up with a quick registration account.
The first thing to understand is there is a Trackwrestling master database that stores wrestlers for life. Once a wrestler is in that database, they never have to be added again. This database will be used to track wrestlers through tournaments and allow them to update profiles, etc. Every member of your roster must first be placed into this database if they are not already in it.
To add wrestlers to your roster, login to your quick registration account and click on the [Add to my list] button. After clicking that button you are looking at a screen that allows you to search the master database. The most common thing to do is search using the "Team" field because when you put wrestlers into the master database, you most likely put the same value in for there team. Therefore if I put a bunch of wrestlers into the master database under the team "Boston Bombers", I would do a search by placing "Boston Bombers" into the "Team" field and clicking the [Search] button. The system would bring back all wrestlers that have "Boston Bombers" as the value for their team. You can place a check next to any wrestlers you want to add to your roster and then click the [Add selected to my wrestler list] button. The wrestlers you placed a check next to would now be on your wrestler list. You can repeat this process as many times as you want to add additional wrestlers. NOTE: The % sign is a wild card character. Therefore when searching, if I typed in %Boston% into the "Team" field I would get back every wrestler that had the word "Boston" in their team name.
IF you dont find a wrestler in the master database, but you want them on your wrestler list, you can add the wrestler to the master database using the link for adding at the top of the page. When you add the wrestler, he/she will automatically be part of your wrestler list.
Once you have your club members added to your roster, you can place a check next to all wrestlers that you want to register for the event and click the [Register Selected] button. The system will take you through the rest of the registration process. For all future events, all you have to do is login as a club coach, place a check next to the wrestlers that will be wrestling in that event, and click [Register Selected]. If your roster changes, you can add members in the same way you did above, and remove members using the [Delete Selected] button on your club coach page.
